Job Description:
1. Explaining the integration process to merchants
2. Leading the integration project and reviewing merchant data feeds for accuracy
3. Assisting merchants with key success drivers: security terms, encrypt, external id matching
4. EDI monitoring, troubleshooting and escalation
5. Contributing to EDI team initiatives (training, key metrics, integration process kaizen)
6. Testing new EDI related Amazon tools
Qualification:
B.S. in System Engineering or Computer Science or Enterprise Business or Supply Chain Management or E-commerce
>3 Years System implementation or operation experience in Supply Chain Management area, good experience on Supplier Management.
2 Years Project management experience is a plus
EDI knowledge and experience is a plus
A strong customer service focus is required
Strong leadership is required
Strong analytical skills are required
Strong interpersonal skills are required
